Refund Policy

1. Digital Services Only

Kanvo Design provides digital design services only. No physical goods are shipped. All deliverables are sent electronically by email or download link.

2. Full Refund Before Work Starts

You can cancel any order for a full refund within 14 days of payment, as long as we have not yet started work on your project. Work starts when we begin the first concepts after receiving your completed brief, and we will always tell you by email when it starts.

3. Cancelling After Work Has Started

• If you cancel after work has started but before the first concepts are delivered, we refund 50% of the amount paid.
• Once the first concepts have been delivered, payments are non-refundable, because the design work has been carried out.
• For multi-part packages (such as Brand & Website), any part that has not been started can be refunded in proportion to its share of the package price.

4. If We Can't Deliver

If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund for the parts that were not delivered.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Delivered and approved final designs, and any third-party costs bought on your behalf at your request (such as stock images, fonts or domain names), are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@kanvodesign.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider. Refunds are made in USD; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences charged by your bank.
